Emmy is our practice’s virtual nurse. You pick a request from a list, tick the answers and attach a photo or document if needed — Emmy passes everything to the practice, keeps track of appointments and reminds you of your preventive check-up. A doctor always makes the decisions.
The phone 211 222 222 is for urgent cases only — everything else is faster online.
Note: nurse Emmy and the phone are not for sudden, life-threatening situations. In an emergency call 155 (ambulance) or 112.

Who takes care of you
MUDr. Matouš Biskup
General practitioner
Your doctor in Spořilov. A graduate of the First Faculty of Medicine of Charles University (2010), he completed his board certification in general practice in 2014.
He gained experience at the internal medicine department of the General University Hospital in Prague, at its Centre for Primary Care and Centre for Individual Care, and in a private GP practice. He completed a clinical placement on the Isle of Mull in Scotland.

During holidays the practice is closed and Dr. Vašicová stands in for us. The cover dates are always shown on this page next to the opening hours.
Which doctor will I see?
Your care is in the hands of Dr. Matouš Biskup. Occasionally you may meet another doctor at the practice — they share your records, so your care flows seamlessly.
Where are blood draws done?
Blood and other sample collection is done right at the practice. Supplementary examinations (X-ray, ultrasound) are available under one roof at the medical centre.
